I started Agile Motion Fitness to help people move and fuel their bodies in a way that is manageable and fun but has the sneaky ability to make you feel strong, nimble and fit.  I believe that movement is life and to move well is to live well. 

To continue to live a full and vibrant life, you need a balance between the sweat inducing, upbeat energy of HIIT, the muscle and core foundation of STRENGTH and the flexible, mobile, fluid moving body of YOGA. Combine these elements with a sustainable nutrition plan and you've got a realistic path to living life instead of watching it from the sidelines.
